The hotel is straight in from of gate no. 1 at the walkable distance of just 2-3 minutes. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties. Due to maintenance going on in the hotel, there was lot of noise due to drilling machine in my room during the day time, after reporting this to the reception they changed the room to the executive room without any charges.

🌟 Exceptional Service & Hospitality! 🌟 I had a wonderful stay at PULLMAN ZAMZAM makkah, thanks to the outstanding management and staff. Special thanks to Asmahan Bredi from the Food and Beverage Department to Mr. Naushad and his team, whose professionalism and care made every meal a pleasure. He ensured I was given priority and treated with genuine warmth. The serving staff were equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and consistently excellent. Their service made me feel truly valued. Great location, easy access to Alhram. Staff from reception to Restaurant all of them were very welcoming. We loved the idea of having Azan inside the room and you can pray with Alharam from your room
